Battersea Power Station Phase 2
We worked with a number of clients on this job covering multiple packages over a number of years.

Phoenix ME we worked as the Lead Coordinators for the retail packages helping the construction process with holding meeting with the subcontractors and resolving design issues with the consultants and clients on site. The bigger tasks involved preparing as much of the services as possible for off site manufacturing while also complying with very restrictive fire requirements.
T-Clarkes we took on their BMS package deliverables for both the retail and office packages producing drawings which was coordinated with other trades
Little France Sick Kids Hospital Edinburgh
Little France was a large fast pace job we helped TUV-SUD deliver their Design drawings while working in tangent with the MEP contractor Mercury to help there plans on getting services planned for modules to be manufactured off site. The job lasted a number of years and they many interesting challenges.
HMRC Stratford
HMRC Stratford we worked closely with Bancroft to deliver a CAT-B office fitout.

We used point clouds to work with existing services to coordinate the new design into the floor plate while eliminating as much wastage as possible.
02 Arena Project Loop
Project Loop was a parrallel job alongside Project Mint, which required the entire perimeter of the O2 Arena to be re-vamped.

We worked with Phoenix on Project loop which was installing all of the services to the new Cinema and Trampoline park within the tent.
​
It was a challenging job as we had to tap into existing services which were in heavily congested service pits and external plant cylinders.
